Shannyn Sossamon starred as the female lead in the romantic indie black comedy Wristcutters The Love Story. The film was nominated for awards in a variety of categories, including the Sundance Grand Jury Prize and Independent Spirit Awards as well as the Humanitas Prize. The Holiday, Dirt, Catacombs, and Dirt on FX came next. In addition, she became available as a series regular on CBS' vampire drama Moonlight in the character of Coraline Duvall.
